VERTICAL FEST SPONSORSHIP PROGRAMS

FLY (Furthering the Lords Youth) a local 501(c)3 non-profit youth ministry, is proud to announce Vertical Fest 2009. On November 14, 2009, the Pine Bluff Convention Center Arena will play host to our 9th annual fundraiser and the largest Christian music festival in South Arkansas.

The positive message and lyrics are a fresh alternative to the negative music youth are exposed to these days. We at FLY are committed and focused to make a difference in the youth of our area and are making plans for "outside of the box" events after Vertical Fest. FLY recently held a major Christmas event and very successful benefit for ALS research that brought people and positive press to Pine Bluff.

We could not function without the being underwritten and hope you will consider a tax-deductible contribution to help offset our cost.

Corporate Sponsorship

Levels of sponsorship are as follows:

• $250 ----   Name listed in mailers and program
• $500 ----   Name listed in mailer, program, and day of show on screen listing
• $1,500 ----   Same as above with name listed on cover of all advertising
• $2,500 ----   List as a major sponsor, will be most prominent name next to co-sponsorship
• $5,000 ----   Co-sponsorship with FLY on all advertising including posters and newspapers

Champion Church Program

The Champion Church program is designed to be one of the main levels of support for Vertical Fest and is designed to allow FLY to partner with local churches to reach unsaved youth.

How it works is simple:

• We furnish Youth Pastors with 2 free tickets (for personal use)
• We supply posters
• We supply promotion Video/CD (upon request)
• We supply tickets

You agree to:

• Promote Vertical Fest within your congregation & community
• Make announcements to your church members and/or youth group
• Display posters, and show video/CD
• Send out E-mails to your list
• Put inserts into bulletins
• We urge you to use Vertical Fest as an evangelism tool. Impress upon your youth to pray for who God would have them invite.

In return, your church will be able to purchase their tickets to Vertical Fest from the Youth Pastor for $13.00 regardless of the number of tickets you sell – that is less than the advertised group rate of  $ 15.00 for groups of 15 or more. That is also  $ 7.00 off the face value price of $20.00 for an advance single ticket.

In addition, for every 10 tickets that you sell, you will receive 1 free ticket to use for ministry outreach. We call these bonus tickets "Evangelism tickets." We encourage you to use these tickets to invite someone who might not have otherwise had the opportunity to attend the event. There may be some people in your church who have no intentions to go to Vertical Fest- and that's okay! What we encourage you to do is ask them to purchase a ticket anyway. Explain that the tickets purchased will be used for outreach purposes by your youth to give to those that God lays on their heart.

Family Sponsorship
